Littering the past lay the relics of our life selfish, uncaring, blind and cold. Loving, warm, peaceful and quiet.
Today, we must clear the mind of past practices. Enlightenment has been achieved thanks to the tireless efforts of folk like parents, family, friends and our Creator.
The Official Website of Paul J Stephens invites you to relax and meditate on the important lessons of the masters. Begin to see with clarity. Learn to use the loving time-honored techniques in new and invigorating fashion. Become one with all.
The official Website of Paul J Stephens aims to excite, inspire, inform, and encourage participation. To begin, view pages by clicking on the links to the right. Clicking on any one will load the page. I hope to be updating the blog page at least on a weekly basis & the other pages as new information comes in, everything has changed from what was before in my old site Yes, really.
You will find interesting links about my family & loved ones, tributes to some of my departed relatives, information about and artworks by my son Ricky, loads of info on health and anti-aging, links to some of the things I am currently learning about, interesting and uselful links for children including games that can be played from the web, photographs I have found interesting and possibly links to some other websites of my family and friends.

Saturday, 25 March 2006 - Haberfield ALP. The President of the Haberfield Branch of the ALP, Tim Stephens, has just told me that he has a new member of his branch, Warren Mundine, National President of the ALP. Tim is looking forward to getting back and getting things moving a bit more on the local front.
8th Feb 2006 - Dr Tim! - I pass on this email from Doctor Timothy David Stephens with apologies for any cross-posting. Dear all, Anna-Maria has cajoled me into spreading some news. So here it is. I heard yesterday that I have passed the PhD. Even more surprisingly, there will be no need to amend the text before it makes its way to the Rare Book Collection in the bowels of the Fisher Library (for those not familiar with Sydney Uni, this is where all PhD theses have to be deposited). So you are now very welcome to take a trip to Fisher where you can put on a pair of cotton gloves, sit in a humidity-controlled room, and read the thesis alongside other great works including those on "occult sciences, demonology and witchcraft" which the Library advertises on its website as being among the Rare Book Collection's greatest assets. Many thanks to all of you for encouragement and support over the past four years or so. It has been a long and sometimes difficult process, only made bearable by each and every one of you in various little, but important, ways. Best wishes, Tim
27th Jan '06 - Ricky is BACK, hooray!
Ricky has had 3 visits to his new "BIG SCHOOL" St Peter & Paul - Garran. The first two for one hour each & gave the children an introduction to the Library & the playground & the Chicken coop, The third visit was from 9:30am until 12:30pm as a proper introduction to his new classroom & teacher for 2006. Mrs Bond will be Ricky's Kindergarten teacher, she is lovely & Ricky ended his visit by running & giving her a hug & a kiss, Ricky said he really enjoyed it all & is looking forward to next year.
Tom & Anne - 12/10/05 - G'day family Just to keep u posted: Anne and I will be away a few days on the Cook Islands. We fly out of Perth direct to Auckland next Wednesday evening for a parliamentary seminar in Rarotonga. We will have a day in Auckland (where Anne is keen to find some good historical/cultural museum or display that tells the story of the Maori migration in the Pacific) before flying on that night to Rarotonga. Ro Dixon, my old friend from Kununurra days (he worked with Mike Dillon and me in the Kimberley aboriginal communities and organisations) will meet us in Rarotonga and we will travel with him out to a friend's island: Mangaia. The friend, Taoi, stayed in Kununurra for a number of months when Matthew also visited us in Kunununurra after having stayed with his friends, the Underwoods, out at Riverin Station in the NT. (Matthew dubbed Taoi "prince smelly feet"). I gather that Taoi's mother is the Queen of Mangaia - a proud royal lineage in the Pacific. Anne and I will have just two days on Mangai before we head back into the seminar at Rarotonga. Anne will come home on the Tuesday and I will return the following Saturday (with brief airport stop over in Sydney). We have a wedding in Perth on the Saturday evening - Anne's cousin (Robert Davidson)'s daughter Emily is to celebrate their marriage. Rob is the engineer who has been away in China thi year working on a new mine project; their family home is the one down on the river in Dalkeith that once belonged to John's late brother Doug (previously from Dunham River Station in the Kimberley). Emily works at Notre Dame University in Fremantle in their accounts area and is a fine girl. We are now looking forward to the trip butit comes at a busy time for Anne with her school psych work and for the kids with their exams and studies. I will be speaking at the seminar on overcoming disadvantage through the parliamentary system. We will send a postcard!
Why participate? For recognition, inspiration, and a resource we can all refer to when wondering about my family. This is sorely needed, even today. More and more major sites are taking the leap, but not enough have. One day this gallery will be a historical curiosity; that day is not today.
The only requirement to use this website is some interest in it .The site is open to all who are invited to browse. .
